Should You Trust What I Have To Say?

This isn't another lame "about me" page.

I have a degree in Exercise Physiology. All that means is that I've spent a fair chunk of time studying how the human body responds to exercise. This information on it's own doesn't help people.

What I've learned is that health and fitness is more a product of behavioral shifts than it is about knowing the physiology behind it.

(Some days you have to bargain with yourself to get the job done.)

I also firmly believe that I don't have all of the answers.

My real superpower lies in being able to go through the hassle of sourcing the best information, researching the hell out of it, and making it easier for everyone to understand and apply.

If you're looking for the magic formula to take the work out of this project, I don't have it. But I can definitely help you think differently about the common challenges everyone has to deal with when getting in shape.

If you find my content helpful and have a specific question to ask you can fill out the form here and I will get back to you with an answer.

Cheers!
